Copyzoid is a browser extension developed and operated by LoSo Software LLC. When this Privacy Policy refers to "Copyzoid," "we," "us," or "our," it means LoSo Software LLC and the Copyzoid product.

When you create an account, we collect your email address and a securely hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and Google account identifier. We do not receive your Google password.
When you save snippets, templates, words, or notes to Copyzoid, that content is stored in our database to enable sync across your devices. We do not read, analyze, or use your snippet content for any purpose other than delivering the product to you.
We may collect basic technical information such as your browser type, extension version, and general error logs. This data is used solely to improve stability and fix bugs — never for marketing.
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card number. We receive only a Stripe customer ID and subscription status to manage your Pro plan access.

Your data is stored in Supabase, a PostgreSQL platform with enterprise-grade security. Row Level Security (RLS) ensures only you can read or modify your own snippets. All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption. Passwords are never stored in plaintext.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. The only circumstances under which we share data are:
We retain your account and snippet data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is removed from our servers within 30 days.

The Copyzoid Browser Extension does not use cookies. Authentication tokens are stored in chrome.storage.local, which is private to the extension and inaccessible by websites you visit. Our marketing website may use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic.
Copyzoid is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us at contact@copyzoid.com.
