These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and LoSo Software LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Copyzoid Chrome Extension and any related services (collectively, the "Service").
By installing the extension, creating an account, or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Copyzoid is a browser productivity tool that allows users to save, organize, search, and copy reusable text snippets including words, templates, and notes. The Service includes:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
You may use Copyzoid without an account (local storage only). To access cloud sync and Pro features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password, or by authenticating via Google OAuth.

You may not share your account, sell access to your account, or create accounts on behalf of others without authorization. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Free plan allows you to save up to 5 snippets stored locally in your browser. Free plan features include basic search, one-click copy, and access to all snippet types (words, templates, notes). Free plan data is not synced to the cloud.
The Pro plan provides unlimited snippets, cloud synchronization across devices, folder organization, smart variables, dark mode, export/import functionality, and priority support. Pro features are accessible only to subscribers with an active, paid subscription.
We reserve the right to adjust plan features and limits with reasonable notice.
Pro plan subscriptions are billed at $4.99 per month, charged on a recurring basis to the payment method you provide at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. All transactions are subject to Stripe's Terms of Service.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain Pro access until that date. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us promptly and we will investigate the issue.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect, via email to the address on your account.
You agree to use Copyzoid only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Service. You must not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
You retain full ownership of all content you save in Copyzoid — your snippets, templates, words, and notes belong to you. By using the cloud sync feature, you grant LoSo Software LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account.
You are solely responsible for the content you store in Copyzoid. We do not review, moderate, or take responsibility for user-generated content.
The Copyzoid name, logo, extension code, design, and all associated intellectual property are owned by LoSo Software LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.
You may stop using Copyzoid and close your account at any time. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at [email protected].
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service with or without notice if:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from technical failures, though we take reasonable precautions to prevent such events.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LOSO SOFTWARE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) $25 USD.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation wherever possible. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending an email to the address associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
