1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the Copyzoid Chrome extension or any related services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Copyzoid is a Chrome browser extension that allows users to save, organize, and reuse text snippets and templates. The Service includes a free tier and optional paid subscription plans ("Pro").

3. Accounts & Registration

Some features require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. LoSo Software LLC reserves the right to terminate accounts that provide false information.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle.
• You may cancel at any time through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.
• Prices may change with reasonable advance notice.

5. Free Tier Limitations

The free tier is limited to a set number of snippets as defined on our pricing page. LoSo Software LLC reserves the right to modify free tier limits at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Transmit spam, malware, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Copyzoid extension, logo, and all associated content are owned by LoSo Software LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

Your snippet content remains yours. You grant LoSo Software LLC a limited license to store and transmit your content solely as needed to provide the Service.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LOSO SOFTWARE LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOSO SOFTWARE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
